What is your return policy?
We work very hard to ensure that all of our beautiful pieces are just so. However, we completely understand the nature of ordering online, “sight unseen.” If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your items once you receive them, we are happy to exchange for a different size or store credit less shipping costs. In the rare case of damage or defect, email us at and we will immediately resolve the problem.
When will my items ship?
All ready-to-ship items will ship within 2-5 business days of receipt of payment. Monogrammed items will take an additional 3-5 business days to ship. Pre-ordered items will ship after the date specified in the item description. Orders which include a mix of pre-ordered and ready-to-ship items will ship together after the pre-ordered items arrive; please place separate orders if you need them to ship separately.
What shipping methods do you use?
Once items have been packaged and shipped, it is the responsibility of USPS to get your items to you on time. If your package is not tracking or missing, we are happy to assist you in attempting to track the package, but we suggest contacting your local post office or reaching out to your mail carrier. Once an order is in the hands of USPS, they are responsible for missing, lost or damaged packages.
